Hi, I’m Komal! I moved to Austin a decade ago to study Management Information Systems at UT Austin. Along the way, I fell in love with both the city and my partner, Jack. Now, we call Austin home, sharing our lives with our three corgis.Photography has always been my way of capturing the beauty in everyday moments—whether it’s a joyful celebration, a quiet glance, or the personality that makes each person unique. Creating photos is a collaborative process, and being in front of the camera can sometimes feel vulnerable. I base my approach on what’s most important to you by approaching each session with curiosity and care, listening to what makes you feel comfortable, and tailoring the experience so your photos feel honest, natural, and uniquely yours.
Throughout the shoot, I’ll guide you with direction that feels natural, showing you previews on the back of my camera so you’re always part of the process. I encourage feedback every step of the way so we can adjust and refine together.
Because photography is personal and subjective, I believe you should have a say in the final images. After your session, you’ll select your favorite photos, the ones where you feel your best, so your gallery truly reflects you.

You’ve put so much effort into making your session special, from selecting outfits and hair to choosing the perfect location. I believe I owe it to you to reflect that same level of care behind the camera.
On the day of your shoot, I arrive early, bring backup equipment, review your preferences, and have a clear plan to make the most of our time together.
You’ll receive your photos on time in a professional, easy-to-share gallery, with the option to order high-quality prints.
My goal is to create an effortless experience where you can stay present and confident, knowing that you will be thoughtfully guided through your session from start to finish.

Great photos are equal parts creativity and technique. I combine an artistic eye with years of technical experience to create images that look natural but feel elevated.
My editing process keeps tones and colors true to life, ensuring skin looks natural and details feel authentic. I gently refine each image by removing distractions and enhancing light to deliver a finished gallery that feels polished but never overdone.
Reliability matters as much as creativity. I photograph using dual SD cards and follow a detailed backup workflow to ensure every file is safely stored from the moment it’s captured. Your images are duplicated across drives and archived until final delivery, so your memories are always protected.
